2: How long will my order take? All standard items are sent out within 5-7 working days, exclusing custom car air fresheners, after receipt of acceptable files. If you require an express service please email us on info@exclusiveprint.co.uk with your request and we shall try our utmost to turnaround your job within your required timescale.
3: Is there no VAT on leaflets? VAT on leaflets are normally zero rated. Detailed description of VAT print rules & regulations are available from HM Customs & Excise (www.hmrc.gov.uk).
4: I'm happy with the print prices, specifications etc but require you to design my artwork. Is that possible? Our team of designers work very hard to produce creative artwork. You can contact us on 0161 246 6027 to get a current lead time on artwork.
5: I have used other printers in the past but the quality has not been up to the promised standards. Is yours? We guarentee that our work is to the EXACT specification we promise, as it is inspected thoroughly before it is despatched.
6: I would like a different paper weight (thickness in gsm) to the ones you offer. Can that be done? If you specify a different thickness of paper for your job, it will be printed especially for you as a bespoke job and will increase in price. 8: I have been quoted a lot more by other printers for the same work that you offer. Are these prices correct? The prices quoted on this website are exactly what you see and get. You may have been quoted much more by other printers but this is where we differ. We believe in Quality printing at Affordable prices. What are 'print ready' files? Most design software can produce PDF, JPG or TIF files which we can print from, these are print ready files. If you are still unsure please call on 0161 246 6027.
9: Can I order by email? We prefer you to order using our site but if thats not possible or if your having problems with the online store, please email info@exclusiveprint.co.uk or call on 0161 246 6027.
10: Is your packaging branded with Exclusive Print? Our packaging is usually branded. However, if you would prefer it not to be then please notify us when you place your order and we will be happy to accommodate your request. We provide this service for all our clients that are resellers and are sending directy to their clients.
11: What payment methods do you accept? Full payment is required before delivery. Our online payments are serviced by PayPal and for further information please visit www.paypal.com - Debit / Credit Card payments - Cheque Payments - Allow 5 working days for funds to clear before receiving delivery - Bank Transfer - Quote your job reference number on bank remittance - BACS - Allow 3 working days for the funds to clear into the account before receiving delivery.
